7 Noodles

We wanted to try some authentic Sichuan food. The ownerOr hostess was so friendly. She came over to give us advice. I adore Dan Dan noodles and they were the best I have ever had. They were Smokey and flavourful. Loved the cucumber and peanut salad - the spice built quickly for my palate. We also tried the dumplings with sesame which had an interesting sauce. Yum! The food came super fast and they checked on us several times with a smile. Also ordered skewers and a spicy beef dish which they modified the spice level for us. I would highly recommend.

So tasty, feel like I’m back in China! Every dish we tried was delicious, noodle texture, dumpling texture are perfect. Great if you love spicy food and there are also some options if you don’t like spicy. Restaurant is clean, good service. We will be back for sure.

If you're craving authentic Chongqing noodles in Toronto, this spot is a must-visit. The seasoning delivers that signature numbing spice—bold and satisfying. I tried the pea and minced pork noodles: chewy alkaline noodles mixed with tender peas and rich sauce—absolutely delightful. Also, don't miss the skewers, especially the chicken cartilage. Crispy, flavorful, and surprisingly good. Bonus: underground parking available, which is a big plus in the busy North York area.

This was a last minute find and a great one! The service was super friendly and they were helpful with the menu. The noodles I ordered were delicious! My partner did say he would have liked more protein (chicken and shrimp) in the noodles though. I also ordered the chicken winglets. Very tasty and good for anyone who loves spice! However, I will be back for sure. Next time I will order the more authentic dishes like the beef or dandan noodles.

Checked out this place just based on google reviews and have to say we are not disappointed! The flavours are authentic and our friend who’s originally from Sichuan loved it. Their signature Wanza noodle had a unique creamy flavour that I’ve never tried before and it was really good. Our server did a good job of recommending 3 different types of noodles to us, so we got to try the all in one beef noodle soup, the stir fry, and the Wanza. 夫妻肺片 also had great flavour.

Absolutely delicious! Every dish at 7NOODLES was packed with authentic flavor, from the rich beef broth noodles to the spicy marinated tripe and fresh side dishes. The spinach salad and braised beef were standouts, and the meal presentation was top-notch. Great value, fast service, and a must-visit for noodle lovers!

Absolutely love this place — a hidden gem for noodle lovers! The spices and noodles are simply incredible. This is hands-down one of my favorite restaurants in town! Parking is free and super easy, which is a big plus. The restaurant isn’t huge, but it’s the perfect cozy size for a noodle spot. My top 3 must-try dishes: 1. Super Spicy Stir-Fried Beef Noodles — bold, fiery, and addictive! 2. Yibin Noodles — packed with flavor and texture. 3. Mala Noodles — comforting and delicious. Also, don’t miss their fried skewers — they’re absolutely AMAZING. Crispy, flavorful, and totally crave-worthy. If you love noodles and spice, you have to check this place out!

This restaurant has the most authentic Chongqing style noodles in town. Their service was always excellent. Definitely worth to drive there and try. Definitely will come back and try more dishes!
